Sports Day Success!

After much worrying about the weather we were relieved to be able to hold the Baydon St Nicholas Sports Day last Thursday! The children competed in their school houses with spirit and excellent teamwork skills. The parents made up a fantastic supportive crowd to compete to and finishing off the afternoon was the wonderful example of our lovely Year 6 boys getting together to support one of their own. The video of this event on social media has had over 1.1 thousand shares and over 135 thousand views at the time of writing the post. The kindness of this gesture touched the hearts of all adults who witnessed this event and proves that even in the current climate that we live in that true friendship strongly exists. Well done to all those children involved.
